Danelle Magtibay

Danelle Magtibay began studying the mysteries in 1992 after a spiritual awakening. For the next ten years she studied ancient civilizations and the origins of mankind, religions of the world, eastern mysticism, western philosophy, psychology and physics and uncovered what she calls One Truth. In 1999 she became a life coach, personal trainer and started her business, Quanta Consulting, as a means to teach the path to wholeness that she had discovered.

In 2000, after the birth of her son, she co-founded ABC Realty, a full-service real estate company which prospered for the following years . From 2002 to present, Danelle has built a following through coaching, teaching, training and mentoring, which has become Akasha: a group of powerful, compassionate, dedicated people who are inspired to lead others through this uncertain time of change and help them discover their own personal power and truth.

Maria E Peterson

Maria E. Peterson has run a successful consulting company for the past 15 years specializing in strategic sales, analysis and technology development for Fortune 500 companies. She received recognition in thinking “outside of the box” and developing unique solutions to complex technology issues while building solid relationships with her clients. During her tenure at these organizations, she received numerous awards for “Excellence” in sales and for establishing an impressive list of million dollar clients. Maria’s ability to increase effectiveness, customer satisfaction and reduce cost through management and project leadership enabled her to exceed clients’ requirements and expectations. Maria’s skills sets include innovative thinking around sales processes, marketing strategies, and superior customer relationship methodologies.

In her quest to make a “difference” in the world, Maria changed gears and follows her passion to empower and mentor those in our communities. As Co-founder of Akasha, she and her partners will offer through education and inspiration, the tools to live an integrative life style of mind, body and spirit.

Danielle Gross

Danielle Gross began her career as a dental hygienist, helping people to achieve optimal health naturally. One year into her career she realized her passion to live life to the fullest and began to study business, finance, and personal & spiritual development. After 5 years as a dental hygienist, she left the health care field to pursue her dreams as an entrepreneur. In her mid 20’s, Danielle started her own business in sales and marketing in the travel industry. Inspired to help people create additional income while traveling the world and living their dreams, she quickly built a global business empowering men and women of all ages to break through their self-imposed limitations and create a better life for themselves and their family.

Currently Danielle has a following of thousands of people throughout the country that she stays in touch with via social media, speaking engagements and presentations. Through this, she has learned that people need the right tools, experience and support in order to shed the layers of their limiting beliefs and fears and find their inner truth and personal power. Her purpose is to teach people to be unstoppable while sharing the unique gift God has placed in their heart. Danielle has developed a transformative coaching technique called Fitness5 that unites the body, mind, and spirit while pushing people past personal boundaries, allowing them to discover their own inner and outer strengths. Danielle is excited to bring a fresh outlook on life with her Akasha partners, Danelle Magtibay and Maria Peterson.

Roopal Badheka

Roopal Badheka is a highly successful Executive with over seventeen years of proven leadership in product portfolio creation, services management, operations and marketing. She is most widely recognized for setting and accomplishing objectives quickly, while building strong relationships across an organization. Whether she is pioneering new business and product development, designing and leading national marketing strategies or providing innovative high-tech systems integration, she is recognized for her ability to create a vision and bring out the best in her teams and delivering results.

While serving as Vice President of Enterprise Products and Services, at Hawaiian Telcom, Roopal managed a product portfolio of $500 million and thus has led several high profile implementations and product & service initiatives, including market research, pricing of services, product design and development. Prior to joining HT, Roopal served as Vice President & Client Executive at Black Box Network Services, where she worked for over fourteen years.

More recently, Roopal is a co-founder of MRM Wines LLC, a company focused on providing and educating emerging markets on wine. She has also been focused on pursing her hobbies such as web design and social media. In addition, she is a published short story writer, The Beach Getaway, and other stories and also serves as a board member of Akasha, the Personal Empowerment Company as well as OWIT – Organization of Women in International Trade.

Trudy D. Peterson

Trudy D. Peterson is a licensed certified public accountant and owner of a successful public accounting firm in Minnesota.  For executives and professionals, owners of closely-held businesses and other clients requiring expert assistance, Trudy brings a wealth of knowledge.  She demonstrates attention to detail and has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance as a business consultant.  Trudy is a recognized authority on individual and business taxation.

Trudy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a CPA emphasis.  Trudy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University.  She received the High Distinction Award for the May 2003 CPA Exam.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Trudy is enthusiastic about her involvement with Akasha and looks forward to making a significant contribution to its efforts.

Lillian Morales

Lillian began her career over twenty years ago in the Computer Industry.  During this time, her career in the computer industry allowed her to wear many hats.  Lillian began as a corporate trainer and then moved on to service Fortune 500 companies as an account manager.  Lillian says that the greatest lesson she learned in her corporate career was the importance of keeping the needs and concerns of her customers first.  “Putting the needs of others first continues to serve me well in my current ventures.”  Lillian’s career changed approximately ten years ago to allow her to spend more time with her family at home.  Her shift changed to health education and she is currently the owner and director of Lean Health Education.  Lean Health Education is on a mission to empower others with the information they need to make educated decisions about their nutrition.  Lillian is proud and honored to be part of the Akasha team.
